		<description>Gretchen, great article. We have a similar market in Houston/Katy, TX. We are "sitting pretty" when compared to the rest of the country. In fact, Site Magazine recently ranked Houston as the top relocation city! However, our prices are down throughout most of town as compared to last year and expecially 2007. It's hard for realtors to wrap their arms around this concept and educate their sellers. The price must be competitive -- and the condition must still be great -- 'price will get them in the door, and the condition will sell it.' Good luck in Denver.
