While they certainly have the power to decide not to sell their house, the buyers are certainly making offers they feel are reasonable based on the market conditions. Yes, my ideal house is for sure far out of my price range! I guess that one of the hazards of seeing so many fabulous homes every week. I’m not so sure the seller’s do always have the upper hand.
