Wow! Thanks for reading and responding. We’re going out this weekend and I checked with them to see if Ken Caryl would work. They prefer to be a little closer to Littleton Hospital. If they change their minds, I’ll let you know.

I have a new listing coming up in Ken Caryl North Ranch. We were waiting until spring to put this on the market but they would entertain offers righ now. It has 5 bedrooms, three car garage, finished basement, backs to open space and is a lovely home. It will be priced somewhere around 900k and has an appraisal that was completed 3 months ago for 1 million.
