I'm not buying that house. I have simple reasons I guess. First, the sign posted outside wasn't welcoming and it was rude. Then, there were cigarette butts and crumpled cigarette packs right outside the door which was not really good because it was the front view of the house. I agree that sellers should at least be well prepared before selling their house. The house should be presentable.
