About Gretchen Faber
Gretchen Faber has been working with Denver area home buyers and sellers since 1996.
In 1998, Gretchen Faber joined Moore Premier Properties. When Moore & Company was sold to Coldwell Banker later that year, Gretchen Faber became a founding Broker Associate at the Kentwood Company’s Cherry Creek office.
Gretchen Faber moved to Denver in 1982 to attend the University of Denver, after living in Hamburg Germany for 1 year. She was raised in California, and enjoys traveling home to visit her California family members.
In 1986, Gretchen Faber graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs and International Studies and began her advertising and marketing career. Gretchen Faber earned her MBA in Marketing in 1989. She then reentered the workforce and worked in several areas of marketing and advertising. Including ownership of a small, local advertising agency.
Gretchen Faber specializes in relocation both into and out of Colorado – and offers extensive knowledge of the Denver Metro area to her clients. Other areas of real estate specialty include international real estate, foreign national clients, central Denver neighborhoods, historic homes and new construction.
Gretchen Faber is currently the Broker Manager at The Kentwood Company at Cherry Creek and serves as a past Director on the Denver Board of Realtors and current Director for the National Association of Realtors.
