City Park is bordered by 23rd Avenue to the North, Colfax Avenue to the South, 
Colorado Boulevard to the East, and York Street to the West.

Denver's City Park neighborhood is one of Denver's most popular. Located west of Park Hill and north of Congress Park, City Park offers a mix of urban living with outdoor amenities.

City Park is situated on 317 acres and is home to the Denver Zoo, Denver Museum of Nature and Science along with the City Park Golf Course. The City Park boat house is a famous Denver landmark for photography, weddings, and parties. Moreover, the park boasts two lakes, tennis courts, playground and various sports fields. City Park Jazz happens on Sundays during the summer, bringing thousands of Denverites to listen to the music and enjoy food from local food trucks.

The neighborhood is also home to historic brick buildings and residential dwellings such as Denver squares and bungalows as well as townhomes and condos. You can see several historic commercial structures lining Colfax Avenue just south of the park. Saint Joseph Hospital and Rocky Mountain Children’s Hospital are located nearby while East High School, one of Denver’s premier public high schools, is located to the south of the park.

City Park has blossomed into a popular area for dining and shopping with many of the city’s best dining options located along Colfax Avenue.
