This Gorgeous Home in the Heart of Highlands Ranch Offers Spectacular Views and Even Better Living!
This beautiful Berkeley two-story home with newly finished daylight basement and many upgrades was one of my absolute
favorites! There are three bedrooms upstairs, one in the basement and two other nonconforming bedrooms on the main level…. and a basement! An open space trail system on the side and rear of the home affords an uncrowded retreat. The daytime views of Long’s Peak and nighttime views of Denver’s skyline . were spectacular! Additionally, it’s not all that often you find a home with these views! It’s a true, quintessential Colorado spot!
The basement was finished in 2013, which added 1,000 square feet to the living space. This included two bedrooms, a walk in closet, living room, wet bar (with double sinks, mini fridge and dishwasher), exercise area, 3-piece bath with a steam shower, extra washer and dryer, plus plenty of storage.
The main level has a spacious kitchen with a large island perfect for cooking and
entertaining. It includes a built-in desk, eating area, granite slab counter tops and
back splashes, as well as stainless steel appliances. 10 foot high ceilings cover the kitchen, which opens to a dining room with decorative columns and a large living room. The living room has a gas fireplace, built-ins for an entertainment center and a wall of windows that make it light and bright. There is also a private Study with a three piece bath. This could also be used as a main level bedroom.
Upstairs offered a large loft with over-sized full length mirrors. This space was used for dancing. Additionally, a convenient laundry room with full size washer and dryer, linen closet, plus a full bath and three bedrooms dazzled the upstairs. There was a huge master bedroom with a five piece master bath. A large walk-in closet, extra master bedroom linen closet, and beautiful open space views made me want to move in right then!
