Meet Libby

Libby Levinson-Katz has been recognized by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR) for excellence in the industry by sales and transaction volume yearly, and in 2024 was awarded the Realtor of the Year. She has been prominently featured discussing the real estate market in over 30 Denver news segments, nationally syndicated newspapers, a local TV commercial, and numerous magazines. She has earned the highest credentials in residential real estate: Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate, Realtor Institute and Certified International Property Specialist.  Libby has been actively involved in leadership positions with the National Association of Realtors and the Colorado Association of Realtors.  Additionally, she served as the Director of the Board for DMAR and chaired the influential Market Trends Committee which provides data and insights for real estate professionals across the Metro area.  

Libby is known for her ability to facilitate smooth and profitable transactions for her clients due to her extensive understanding of the nuances of Denver’s ever-evolving market.  Libby’s vast background encompasses luxury property, new construction and investments.   With a strong work ethic, innate ability to connect with others, and an analytical mind, it’s no wonder that her clients return to work with her time and time again.

In Libby’s free time, she loves traveling to new cities and old favorites, like London and Edinburgh.  She enjoys planning her next adventure with her family and studying the latest design trends.
