Cherry Creek Arts Festival 2018
The Cherry Creek Arts Festival Has Returned for It’s 2018 Season
Art is for Everyone at the 28th Annual Cherry Creek Arts Festival July 6, 7, & 8
The Cherry Creek Arts Festival is one of my favorite events of the year. This world class, award winning festival is accessible to people of all ages. It is a celebration of the visual, culinary, and performing arts from all over the world. Each year, over 350,000 people attend this 3-day event and I’m thrilled to be able to attend this year!
This year, the festival runs from July 6th-8th, with an opening gala on the evening of July 5th. The festival recommends using B-cycle and public transportation to arrive, but easy access to parking is also available throughout the Cherry Creek neighborhood. This event is FREE and perfect for people of all ages!
The CCAF’s year-round 501c3 non-profit mission is to provide access to art experiences and to support art education. The festival has provided unique opportunities to talk with international artists about their work since its inception in 1991.
This is the perfect event to attend with your family! The festival provides fun, interactive activities for kids and adults alike. The CCAF recommends leaving pets at home due to the large number of people and hot temperatures.
Bubbles and Bites is a popular event hosted by the festival. You can park for free at the Cherry Creek Shopping Center and pick up your map at John Atencio in Cherry Creek North. The best part about this event? It’s FREE, just like the Cherry Creek Arts Festival! Explore and support Cherry Creek’s participating businesses and vendors at Bubbles and Bites.
The Cherry Creek Arts Festival is one of the most fun and accessible events Denver has to offer in the summer. Its a wonderful way to support local and international artists while advocating for art education. I hope you enjoy!
