Denver’s Longstanding Home Showcase Returns for its 75th Anniversary, and This Year’s Homes are Better than Ever

The Denver Parade of Homes is back for it’s 75th year with homes ranging from Windsor all the way to Castle Rock. This FREE event is the perfect opportunity to explore and enjoy various homes, decorating styles, and designs from all across the state of Colorado.

This event is hosted by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver. Seventy-five homes will be featured in honor of the event’s 75th anniversary. Additionally, 23 area builders will be featuring their work at the 2018 Parade of Homes this year.

The event runs from August 9th-August 26th this year, providing you with plenty of time to explore. The Parade of Homes is only Thursday-Sundays from 11am-6pm. The HBA is doing something special for their anniversary. The “my parade inspiration” contest offers one lucky participant the chance to win $1000 each week.

The participating cities this year are as follows:

• Windsor
• Castle Rock
• All Denver metro neighborhoods
• Arvada
• Aurora
