Despite the obvious benefits of the open-air markets (buying local is an easy way to indulge our inner tree-hugger,) shopping at the Farmers’ Market is a great way to enjoy our Colorado sunshine while scoring some of the freshest, tastiest, and most unique Denver-inspired food creations and produce around.
Use your negotiating skills and the price is usually right; many farmers offer steeply discounted produce (though not always the best quality) as the market draws to a close.
