Stunning Home In the Neighborhood Formerly Known as Stapleton …
welcome to the Newly Named Central Park Neighborhood!
It’s time for a Libby’s Favorite Listings blog post! But recently, I helped my clients sell the most stunning home, and I had to share it with you all! I helped them purchase this home a year and a half ago. Due to a job change they headed out of state, but it was an absolute joy helping them sell this gorgeous house and to see how they improved upon this new Infinity Home and put their personal stamp on it.
Not surprisingly everyone else thought this house was absolutely stunning because it sold $50K over asking with multiple offers in just the first day.
As many of us know, Stapleton is being renamed. Just this weekend, very fittingly on Colorado Day, it was announced that the new name is Central Park!
I loved so many features about this house, but probably the one standout is the windows. This Vive 2 model home from Infinity has floor to ceiling windows on the main floor at the front of the house with sliding glass doors off the back that open to a covered patio and backyard. The wood floors throughout the main and staircase are just gorgeous, but the best update they did to the home was to install the same wood floors in the master bedroom on the second floor and into the double closets! The kitchen is top notch with a huge center island and walk-in pantry with custom cabinetry. I don’t cook much, but this kitchen would do it for me!
What I Loved
I recently wrote a blog post about the uptick in clients who want home offices, partially due to COVID, but I was seeing an increase in this even prior to the pandemic. This home has the most stunning home office with glass panel french doors (I can never pass up french doors!) along with built-in storage and rustic floating shelves.
Sliding glass doors in the dining room area allow for easy outdoor access! The outdoor room has a stone privacy wall for get togethers and gatherings in the dining room. A stunning outdoor space fit for a stunning home! And going back to the dining room … I loved everything about it down to the beautiful vintage rug that the buyers tried to purchase, but the sellers thankfully kept because I loved it so much. These homeowners updated all of the lighting throughout the house which only helped with the impact.
This home had 4 beds and 4 baths. The master bedroom featured double walk-in closets and huge shower in the master bath with soaker tub. If this were my home I may never have left the master bedroom!
And one of my favorite details of this house is the cute animal themed wallpaper in the powder room! Such a fun design idea and it gave me a chuckle every time I walked in there. Check out the video below for a fun tour of this property!
I think about this home often! It has so many great features, stunning finishes, and I was so happy for my clients when the offer was accepted. One of the things I love the most about my job is getting to explore such beautiful homes, and boy oh boy did this one make my list of favorites!
